The WorldSkills Barbados Juniors Future Skills Camp 2026 is a high-energy summer programme designed to introduce young Barbadians to the modern skills shaping the global workforce.

Special limited time offer $150.00 per skill once registered by May 31, 2026.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS WILL GAIN

WorldSkills Barbados
  • A digital badge is a tangible representation of an individual’s competencies and skills. They are designed to be easily shareable and verifiable, typically containing verifiable data such as the badge earner's name, the issuing organization, and the criteria met to earn the badge. 
  • Hands-on Mastery: Build confidence using professional tools and emerging technology.
  • Critical Thinking: Strengthen problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork through project-based learning.
  • Career Exposure: Explore modern industry pathways aligned with international WorldSkills standards.
  • Tangible Results: Create a project, exercise, or digital output unique to the chosen skill area.

What ages can attend?

The camp is specifically designed for participants aged 10–16.

Can my child register for more than one skill area?

Yes. Registration is per skill area. Participants may register for multiple skill areas

Do students need prior experience?

Not at all. All sessions are beginner-friendly and focus on learning through exploration.

Once registered, further details on location, daily schedule, and any updates will be shared via email.

What to Bring

  • Personal laptop (optional, but recommended for Game Development and Cyber Security)
  • Lunch, snacks and water bottle
  • Comfortable clothing (some activities may be outdoors or involve light movement)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn!
  • Additional materials or equipment will be provided where necessary.

  • Step 2: Select the skill area(s) you wish to enroll in.
  • Step 3: Proceed to payment to confirm your spot.
